New year, new promises. Old promises for some (me)..
I am thinking about going on a serious food diet (again). I'm getting tired of sucking in my stomach.
To match my diet I will try going to the gym 3 days a week (there's no point in saying 5 times, cos I'd only kid myself... so there!)
I really think I can accomplish this Beyonce body.... maybe not the second picture in the yellow bikini, but definitely the first pic.
Think I can make it?
