Healthy diet

I started the month of July with a promise to stay away from fizzy drinks and fast food through out the month.

Today is July 26th and all I can say is DAYUM I'M GOOD!  I've got five more days to go before I can say "I did it". The funny thing is that I'm not even craving any of it like before. 

Of course my mouth waters when I pass a Papa John's pizza joint but hey, I'm human ay?

For the month of August I am going to add a limitation of juices (unless fresh squeezed). By that, I mean I am only going to allow myself juice once a week! *help* It's going to be a tough challenge because I love juice :-(

Today was roughly 83F, but it felt like 100F. No lie.

Me and Desiree got our nails and toes done.

Ain't nothing better than having 20 fresh nails!

Blue mascara

I'm back at it again.

I'm not a fan of wearing mascara (cos it's loooong to take it off at night) but I'm starting to rock blue mascara again.

Not trying to sound full of myself but it looks really hot on me.

Sephora did it for me for one time!
