Healthy diet

I started the month of July with a promise to stay away from fizzy drinks and fast food through out the month.

Today is July 26th and all I can say is DAYUM I'M GOOD!  I've got five more days to go before I can say "I did it". The funny thing is that I'm not even craving any of it like before. 

Of course my mouth waters when I pass a Papa John's pizza joint but hey, I'm human ay?

For the month of August I am going to add a limitation of juices (unless fresh squeezed). By that, I mean I am only going to allow myself juice once a week! *help* It's going to be a tough challenge because I love juice :-(

When I was in New York (almost 3 weeks ago) my darling friend Rayshawn put me on this dude that goes by the name of The Weeknd. A Canadian based *insert genre here* singer. I'd lean towards R&B yet I feel it's a totally new genre. His music is mellow and reminds me a bit of the singin' version of Drizzy Drake.

When I first heard this song (What you want) tho, I thought it was a girl singing... *don't judge me*

What's better than spending all summer in school?

(I can think of millions of things but ye... You get the sarcasm).

I'm taking a Photoshop class over the summer and the first 4 weeks I thought it was boring but I've finally reached the turnover point. It's so much fun! Why didn't anyone tell me? 

So, I've told myself I'll work on one "master piece" every day until I get the full hang of the program.

So I went to the Rihanna concert in Anaheim June 29th!

This girl has come a long way with her live singing! The outfits were lovely and the atmosphere was dope!

All the wining and grinding I could live without but otherwise it was a good show.

My friend hooked us up with some VIP tickets so we sat on like row 4! OKAYYY!

I've heard many people say they don't like this song nor the video (but no they are not haters... ).

I actually like the song, the video didn't impress me as much. I like the way everything (boobs) stays in place when she shakes tho.... a trip to the gym ASAP!
