San Francisco

Last weekend me and my friend and his mum decided to make a road trip to no other than

city of San Francisco. For those who know me well, knows I love NYC.

San Fran is a west coast version of NYC... if that makes sense?

Anyways, I love and hate the city. It's def different from L.A yet similar.

Loved the scenery, disliked the weather. Ugh... windy ass town! I almost blew off the bridge. *shrug*

If you haven't been to San Fran, I recommend you make a road trip with fun people or else it's just gonna be a long painful trip, lol.

 Today I received an unexpected text from my trainer at the gym.

"I'm in such such room at the Cedars Senai Hospital, come see me"

Erm.... say what!?

Apparently he was diagnosed with Lupus :-(

(it's a chronic, inflammatory disorder)

I'm blessed with good health and haven't been to a hospital other than to visit or so,

so this is my first time going to a hopsital, in the US.

When I think of American hospitals I always have "ER" in mind for an odd reason ^^

Anyways, hospitals stink old people. So gross, and I hope I don't have any more

ill friends, cause that ain't a place to be. STANK!
With that said I'll probably skip dating a doctor.... yeah that ain't gonna work.

Gotta shout out all people that work at hospitals. Supa creepa mode!

My message to you all is to stay healthy, eat right and use sanitizers!

 I think this is the only music video I can remember having an Audi R8 in the video.

 Whole Foods. It's a bit pricey, but then again, you can't really put price on good health.

Negril's Village NYC

If you're ever in New York and want to eat at a dope Caribbean place then I highly recommend you go to Negril's Village. They have a dope menu and you get a nice lil' soup starter while you wait for your food. It's like you don't need anything after the soup cos it's so bomb.

Why am I so late in discovering the out doors eating at Ritz Carlton in Marina Del Ray?

I went there last night to celebrate my friend Faith's birthday and the place was just bomb.

Yeah the hotel is nice but the view is just amazing.

I'll be doing some brunches around these ways, best believe that!

I need to get into lounge minglin' a bit more, as I'm not getting younger, lol.

So basically, this is what our night looked liked.

This is a dope dating spot, so if you are dating, bring your date....and get a room while ur at it ^^

Burnt cake

Last night, me and Faith (pic above) hit up the gym for a late session.

So we all worked up and getting ready to stretch on the matt.

Then this guy that I see quite often was working out with his client (I am asuming he is

some kind of personal trainer).

So I said to Faith "isn't the guy in purple kinda cute?"

And Faith said "he looks like a burnt cake"!!

HAHAHAAHAHA!!!!
