Last night, me and Faith (pic above) hit up the gym for a late session.

So we all worked up and getting ready to stretch on the matt.

Then this guy that I see quite often was working out with his client (I am asuming he is

I saw this movie at the theatres and it was actually a funny movie.

Not too sure it's worth coping on dvd but defo a Blockbuster movement.

My take on The-Dream

I must say I like her version of the song which is about her not trying to be tied down over the summer. We all know about that one, lol.
On top of this being a remix video, she has sooo much product placement in the video.

4th of July

As many times as I've been to the States, I've never managed to be here during 4th of July.

(USA independence day fro those who don't know)

This year I am in sunny California for the holiday.

There is so much hype about this day but as a non-american I don't feel affected by it.

I think a great place to be to celebrate this day would be in the south or midwest.

The "home" feeling ain't it in L.A-area, lol.

Anyways, trying to find a good cook out in these ends, if not then probably hit up

Malibu or Santa Monica Beach for some fireworks...
